SHIPPING ADVENTURES

PANDEMIC DREAM is on it's way home or it will be shipped out on Tuesday for return. I am glad it got out in the world - NYC is a good place to show and sometimes sell-but adventures in shipping can be harrowing! This virtual world gives people access to so much BUT it is not the same as in person!!

This was a show at the Blanton Museum of art by Sedrick Huckaby. You just can't get a true experience of the artwork by looking at a screen. The size, the textures and true colors are lost.

CRYSTALINE ATMOSPHERE CONTINUES

This painting s a bit bigger as the fractured or crystalized atmophere figures in the compositions. These are some details from the new one that is progressing.

A GIFT STARTED IT

My niece gave me rectangle of resin with sparkly paper inside. Just a doo-dad but lovely. It sparked a challenge. To capture the fracture and the beauty with acrylic paint!
