TWO TYPOS

There are TWO Typographical errors on the announcement card for the KIDS AT PLAY exhibit. Yes I proof read it but did not ask for help.

The number address is wrong. I wrote "1000" but it is "10000". I think street numbers should include commas. A lot of numbers nowadays don't have the commas that would be oh so helpful to human beings who read the numbers. Machines don't care, don't assume. But if it was written "10,000", it would have been clear, it would be clear to all who read it, like me.

The other typo is just plain oversight by me. The last "artist will be on site" should read "Saturday, Feb. 28th", not "Sunday, Feb. 28th".

I finished, delivered, Joe Sosa's portrait!

The backgound is made up of quotes from his artwork. There are "stamps" from his annual calenders and references to two paintings by him which I own.

SLIDE TO CERES, NY

Do you remember the "Electric Slide"? A dance in the olden days. At the playground I saw a child doing exactly what we used to do at parties, dances...SLIDE!

This painting, named SLIDE, is 9" square on linen canvaspaper for the 1st National Square Show at Ceres, 547 W. 27th, NY, NY. A fundraiser for a great gallery in the Big Apple.
