IN PROGRESS: BUTTERFLIES, WISHBONES AND GRANMA

This is taking a long time. Decisions, decisions. There's accidents and plans and imagination all lining up for preference and position and prominence. I love the opportunity to explore in painting. I love my brother's spontaneous, haptic plain aire paintings that flow through him and the art supplies to make an experience-made-visable, too. My plodding pushing and pulling paint around until it feels like something is different.

This painting is nearing an end. I still want to "paint" the wishbones. What colors??? We'll see.

GRANDSON'S BIRTHDAY

My grandson wrote me a letter saying he likes cats so I painted a cat for his birthday. I added a small Starwars stormtrooper because, well,....boys!
